Products are described as accurately as possible, however, colours, designs, sizes and materials may occasionally vary from those illustrated.

Delivery

We aim to process all orders as soon as possible in order to dispatch the day after the order, or within two working days. They should arrive within four working days of your order. If we are out of stock of any items that you have ordered we will contact you immediately and give you a revised delivery date, or present you with an alternative where possible.

Post & Packaging

Choose your method of delivery at the checkout. Please be aware that some of the items are classified as heavy items and an extra £1.00 will be added to the usual potage. When choosing postage for Europe and International, please note that there is no compensation offered on the normal postal service but there is some with the tracked option.

Returns & Exchanges

At Cadeau, we want you to be absolutely delighted with everything you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with an item, our no-fuss guarantee allows you to return it. Simply ensure the product is unopened and in mint/resaleable condition, and return it within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

While we thoroughly check all packaging before dispatch, we understand that sometimes items can be damaged during transit. In such cases, free returns will be arranged once the carrier has accepted responsibility. Please contact us before opening any damaged outer boxes, as we may need them returned unopened for inspection. For returns of non-faulty items, you will be responsible for the return postage. Please note that refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card). Refunds will cover the cost of the unwanted item(s) only
