Products are described as accurately as possible, however, colours, designs, sizes and materials may occasionally vary from those illustrated.
We aim to process all orders as soon as possible in order to dispatch the day after the order, or within two working days. They should arrive within four working days of your order. If we are out of stock of any items that you have ordered we will contact you immediately and give you a revised delivery date, or present you with an alternative where possible.
Post & Packaging

Please be aware that some of the items are classified as heavy items and an extra £1.00 will be added to the usual potage.
When choosing postage for Europe and International, please note that there is no compensation offered on the normal postal service but there is some with the tracked option.
Returns & Exchanges
Whilst we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will want to return some items.
Please return the items to us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you an exchange or credit note, providing goods are in perfect condition, in original unopened packaging.
The parcel and its contents are, however, your responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you request proof of postage from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are broken or lost during return transit. Please note that the cost of returning goods is at your expense.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund provided we receive proof of purchase and your return is made within 14 days of receipt. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods by first or second class post.
